SHIPPING POLICY
We will send your order within two days. Except for customized items, the order will be shipped on a pre-arranged and agreed day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
FRIKI guarantees a full refund of returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition as they were when received. This means that the items must not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn (other than fitting the item) and that labels or price tags have not been removed.
If you want to return, it is expected that you send an email as soon as possible to friki.fabricsoftheworld@gmail.com with the reason for return. You will then receive the address to which the package must be sent by email. You can then hand in the return package at a postal agency or collection point in the Netherlands.
Shipping costs are not refundable when you return an item. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
